Pinnacles Advertising - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pinnacles Advertising's website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Pinnacles Advertising provides outdoor advertising services including but not limited to:

• Autorickshaw advertising
• Mobile van branding
• Newspaper inserts
• No parking board advertising
• POSM solutions
• Corporate gifting
• Printing services

3. Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and requirements
• Ensure advertising content complies with all laws
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted content
• Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes

4. Content Guidelines

Prohibited Content:

• Misleading or false advertising
• Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful material
• Content violating intellectual property rights
• Political content (unless pre-approved)
• Content violating advertising standards

We reserve the right to reject any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Payment Terms

• Quotes valid for 30 days
• GST and other applicable taxes extra
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
• No refunds after campaign launch

6. Campaign Execution

• Timelines subject to availability and approvals
• Weather/unforeseen circumstances may affect outdoor displays
• We ensure best efforts but cannot guarantee specific foot traffic
• Photo proofs provided within 48 hours of installation

7. Intellectual Property

• Client retains rights to their content
• We may use campaign photos for portfolio (unless restricted)
• Our designs remain our property unless rights are purchased
• Client warrants they own/have rights to all provided content

8. Liability Limitations

We are NOT liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business
• Force majeure events
• Third-party actions
• Results/ROI of advertising campaigns

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pinnacles Advertising against any claims arising from:

• Your advertising content
• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Misuse of our services

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Pricing information
• Campaign strategies
• Business information
• Client lists

11. Modifications

• We may modify services or terms with 30 days notice
• Continued use constitutes acceptance
• Major changes communicated via email

12. Warranty Disclaimer

Services provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:

• Specific results or ROI
• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operations

13. Relationship

Nothing in these terms creates:

• Partnership
• Joint venture
• Employment
• Agency relationship

14. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the complete agreement, superseding all prior understandings.
